WoningPlan or WoningPlan+
Woondokter's advice will give you an insight into what is possible specifically at your property. The WoningPlan is focused on energy saving. This goes beyond solar panels or heat pumps. We look at all structural aspects and the installations for heating, cooling and hot water for showers and baths. The Property Plan describes in concrete terms the measures to make your home more sustainable. With this advice, you know which steps to take and in what order.
With the WoningPlan+ you get additional insight into improving comfort: not too hot in summer, snug in winter, and no mould or condensation in the house.

How we work
We start at your kitchen table to discuss your wishes and the plans that may already be in place. We want to know what makes you happy when it comes to your home.
In doing so, we visit all the rooms of the house and take data. At the end of the visit, we already give verbal advice.
We develop the advice for you in the office into the written report, a written report that you will receive within a week.
Our approach is distinctive
When preparing a WoningPlan or WoningPlan+ we look at six aspects of your property. These aspects are interrelated. For example, the choice of heating system has everything to do with how well insulated your home is or can be.
Only by starting from the connection between the various aspects does good advice emerge, because the total picture is in the picture. This makes it clear which measures and in which order your house can be preserved most efficiently.
